Since 1997, we have been offering a confidential, free telephone counselling service. This helps to enhance, and even save, the lives of children and young people throughout New Zealand, and is a valuable guide for parents and caregivers.

We specialise in advice on prevention and referrals to specific service providers who can provide solutions. We also train counsellors, increase awareness of issues to the public, and network with other groups which contributes to the community as a whole.
